The Company
We are a registered society formed in 1977, working for last 33 years as a social service organisation. We are a non profit organisation and profits if any are kept in the organisation for development of skill, productivity, design and social security of craftsmen.

We work with a mission to give employment to the under privileged people. Training is given to people from the minority group including handicapped women and single women.

We do give priorities to religious integrations. Environment protection is also taken into account.

Products
We are the manufacturer of Handicraft Items, specializing in Textile Products, Leather Products and Candles.

Production Units
EMA has established its production units in a rural area near Kolkata spread in a total area of 2500-30000 sq. feet.

The working condition is very good with a healthy environment, open space, well ventilated and well lighted premises.

Fair Trade Organisation
EMA is a member of international fair trade organisation - IFAT.

Fair trade means to stop exploitation of labour and provide fair wages to labours.

Fair Trade Organisation is engaged actively in supporting producers, awareness raising and in campaigning for changes in the rule and practice of conventional international trade.

Profit Utilization
EMA is a non profit organisation and profit if any are kept in the organization for development of skill, productivity, design and social security of craftsmen.

The part of profit mainly goes to the very poor people for education of children and also goes for environment protection projects.
